Simple Data Table (Optimized List Reports)
The Simple Data Table is a Data Visualization type that allows administrative users to create large Data Visualizations that are displayed using an on-screen table. Administrators can create the Simple Data Table by selecting an Object Type, one or more Workflow States, and a date range (e.g., the last 180 days). A download file is not created for the Data Visualization, but it can be exported using a .CSV file. Users viewing the Data Visualization can only see the data that their permissions allow.

Feature Enhancements
Add Job Title to User Profiles
A new Job Title field was added to the User Profile screen, allowing users to manually add an organizational role to their user profile or through the SCIM integration. The user's job title and email address will appear on user search forms and reports throughout the application by hovering the cursor over the user's name.

Allow Users to Opt out of Email Notifications
Administrators can now opt users out of receiving system-generated emails sent through configured email templates, including messaging actions on workflows, by disabling the new Email Notifications toggle switch on the User Profile screen. Users who choose to opt out of email notifications will still receive password resets, user added to Org, and activate profile/welcome to Resolver emails.

Improve AI Smart Actions
An AI Smart Actions dropdown menu, including Find Similar Requirements, Recommended Controls, and Summarize Regulatory Test, etc., will now appear in the Tab section at the top of forms, creating a cleaner more compact experience that does not detract from other form elements.
An AI icon was added to the Admin: Edit Configurable Forms screen that allows users to enable AI features on forms for a single location.
Gap Analysis: Availability on Citations and Stability/Error Handling Improvements
The Gap Analysis feature is now available on Citations.
Improvements were applied to the Gap Analysis feature that helps to improve stability while performing multiple Gap Analyses at the same time and improving error messages, making them more focused with clearer messaging.
Removed Delete Permissions Requirements for Intake Agent
When configuring the Intake Agent, portal users no longer need to be assigned directly to an object to have permission to delete an object when object job creations fail. Instead, permission checks will be bypassed when deleting an object when object job creation fails.
Bug List
Resolved an issue where users were unable to transition objects to the next workflow state even when all required field conditions were met.
Clicking a link in a Resolver/Core system email notification will automatically log the user back into the system and open the object’s Details screen. Instead of opening the Home screen or a blank Communications tab.
Formula ovals icons now display correctly in exported PDF reports, ensuring the visual formatting matches the configured form view.
New Content Translations
Please review the attached file for all new content translations added to the system.
If your organization is utilizing the Language Translation feature, please download a new Language template (for your required language) and filter the Language column (last column) by empty cells, indicating new content. Any empty cells in the Language column must be translated, and the Language Template file must be uploaded to the system for changes. For further information, please refer to the Add a Language article.
