Beta Release: Control Intelligence
Control Intelligence is a view that appears as a tab on the Home screen and collects existing controls throughout the GRC Modules, allowing users to view them in one place for easy and convenient review. Through the use of predefined signals, Control Intelligence identifies controls with the following concerns keeping them accurate, current, and aligned with an organization's GRC program:
- Controls that have no library version: Lists assessment controls without a matching library version.
- Controls that have not been updated for 6+ months: Lists assessment controls that have not been updated in the last 6 months or longer. Controls in a Complete or Archived workflow state are not tracked.
- Controls that have weak or non-existent self-assessments: Lists controls with weak or non-existent self-assessments, indicating that the control is not working as intended.
- Potential duplicate pairs found: AI identifies potential duplicates for review, using a confidence score. An Administrator must enable the AI Signals toggle switch from the Feature Access screen.
Each control signal is displayed using their own individual cards. The control cards will list the affected control with signal specific columns, depending on the card selected. From the control card, users can drill down into the control form directly. Users who have access to the control object will see the Control Intelligence tab on the Home screen. User visibility of control signals and controls within each signal is limited by control object type permissions.
Current Limitations:
- The Controls Intelligence view only displays controls.
- The signal Controls that have not been updated for 6+ months uses assessment date to track the amount of time since the last workflow state changed.
- The 6+ month time period is fixed and cannot be adjusted at this time.
- AI generated duplicates are not live, but are timestamp showing when they were last calculated. Clicking the Recalculate button will refresh the data.

Track Reporter Anonymity in Executive Dashboards
A Is Submitter Anonymous property was added to Dashboards, allowing users to add this property through a Dashboard Dataset so that it can appear on new or existing Dashboards. The property will retrieve whether or not a Portal user is an anonymous submitter and is displayed as T (True) or F (False).
Current Limitation:
- Users can use a formula in Dashboards to change the results labels from T (True) or F (False) to Yes or No by using the formula IF(<object type>.isSubmitterAnonymous = "t", "Yes", "No"). The <object type> tag represents the object type in the selected dataset where the property was added and varies depending on the dataset you are using to create the chart. In this example, we are using Incident, so the formula would read as IF(incident.IsSubmitterAnonymous = "t", "Yes", "No").

View Your Organization's Key Details in Org Manager
The Org Details tab was added to the Organization Manager tile in Admin: Overview. The Org Details tab gives Administrators the ability to view Organization information including Org Name, Org ID, Environment, Data Region, and Data Created. The Org ID field has a built-in Copy button that copies the Org ID to the PC's clipboard. Organization Information cannot be edited from this screen.
Current Limitations:
- The Org Details tab can only be viewed by Administrators and Super Administrators.
- The Organization Information on the Org Details tab is view only.
- The Data Region uses the Region Name (region-code), for example, Canada (ca-central-1).
- Date Created is displayed in the viewer's browser's local time zone, so it may appear to be one day off from the UTC timestamp, depending on the time of day.

- The search autocomplete functionality now prioritizes exact matches and sorts results by relevance, ensuring the most accurate objects and addresses appear at the top of the list.
- Fixed an issue where formulas referencing specific positions in a list of related objects could return incorrect values during bulk recalculations, data imports, or application deployments by ensuring the list is consistently sorted by the object creation date.
- After an organization configuration import, relationship form components now correctly maintain their selected AI-Recommendation Configuration, ensuring that AI-recommendation search settings are preserved without manual reconfiguration.
- Fixed an issue where the Calendar pop-up in Dashboards would only display a partial calendar and prevent date selection when the browser zoom was set to less than 100%.
- The Global Assessment Selection section now correctly displays assessments in ascending numerical order, ensuring a consistent and predictable view for users.
- Fixed an issue where charts in the ITRM Executive Dashboard displayed a This chart is no longer available error by ensuring all required datasets are correctly published and linked.
- Improved the performance and stability of Incident objects by optimizing permission checks and data loading, ensuring that assigning owners, supervisors, and linking incident types no longer causes significant delays or system errors.
- Selecting a workflow state data point in a graph on the My Tasks tab now correctly highlights the selection and grays out all other data points and labels across related graphs.
- Fixed an issue where creating object relationships or updating role memberships could result in a system error when specific permission settings were enabled.
- Fixed an issue where formula range labels and cell colors failed to load on the initial display of report table components.
- The export menu on the Simple Data Table Viewer screen now opens inward, ensuring all export options remain fully visible and accessible even when the table contains numerous columns.

New Content Translations
Please review the attached file for all new content translations added to the system.
If your organization is utilizing the Language Translation feature, please download a new Language template (for your required language) and filter the Language column (last column) by empty cells, indicating new content.
