Improvements to Simple Data Reports
We have upgraded Simple Data Reports by adding the following improvements and bug fixes:

Improvements:
- Ability to refresh on-screen data.
- Pagination function (20 records per page), making larger data sets easier to view.
- View the data in both portrait and landscape views.

Bug Fixes:
- Data Columns will sort as expected.
- Improved how the report displays when using activity view.
Gap Analysis: Generic Objects and Issue on Generated Controls
The Gap Analysis feature is available on all relationships linked to a control, using a generic prompt. that are linked to a control, using a generic prompt.
Issues can be created within the Gap Analysis feature if the object's form has an Issue relationship table and an Issue object type is configured for the Org. A Create Issue link will appear within the Generated Controls card. Issues created through the Gap Analysis feature will appear in the Audit Trail.

Intake Similarity: Improving Accuracy and Reliability
The Intake Similarity threshold has been adjusted, providing users with fewer, high-confidence matches. We also Improved the reliability of the service, including deletion handling and infrastructure cleanup.
Connections Limits UI
Within a relationship on an object type a new section called Connection Limits will appear, allowing Administrators to set the maximum number of connections per record (connection limits). With the addition of this section Administrators no longer need to use Swagger API to manage connection limits.
A system-generated notification will appear within configurable forms on the Edit Component Display screen, showing the number of connections allowed.
Existing connection limits setting configured through the API will be reflected in the Connection Limits section.
By default, there is no connection limit set.

Create an 'n-depth' Relationship Formula Value
N-depth relationship formulas can be added when creating a new variable to a formula within an object type. A new Add Relationship Path link appears when creating a formula that allows administrators to add functional n-depth formulas to an object type.
Administrators no longer need to use the Swagger API to create n-depth formulas for object types.

Report on Anonymous Portal Opt-in
Update Submitter Email Address
To make a non-anonymous submitter's email address editable, administrators can enable the Allow Editing of Email ID toggle in the Edit Component Display pop-up for a form's Submitter property.

Improve Calendar Navigation
We have applied several improvements to the Calendar pop-up, reducing the number of clicks it takes to select dates across different months and years by improving the Month and Year pickers. We have also improved how the Calendar pop-up behaves when opened, leaving the date and time pickers visible without covering the corresponding field. The new improvements work in both light and dark mode.

Bug List
- Using curly bracket { } in the Description or Name Concatenation expression fields when editing a concatenation will no longer cause the screen to become unresponsive.
- Exporting a repeatable form to PDF will no longer caused a horizontal grey line to overlap the object name when the name exceeded one line.
- Fixed an issue where reports containing GIF images would fail to export completely to PDF, ensuring all report content and images now render correctly in the exported file.
- Fixed an issue on the User Management screen where navigating past the third screen of users would result in a blank screen.
- The Intake Agent feature now correctly identifies when a form is complete or requires additional attachments, ensuring users receive accurate submission status messages and are prompted for all necessary information.
- Email addresses for both anonymous and non-anonymous submissions in the Intake Agent feature are now captured and displayed under the External Messages section.
- The Pagination feature on activity view screens stops displaying objects after screen four. This issue has been addressed. ensuring that users can navigate through and view all objects in large datasets.
- Dimensions values during assessment creation will not be automatically cleared when moving focus to another field.
- The Intake Agent portal configuration validator now correctly detects and flags missing Create from Intake Agent trigger permissions for object types, ensuring users are notified of permission errors during setup instead of receiving an incorrect validation success message.
- When the Chat Interface for Portal toggle is enabled, Smart Action configurations options are suppressed in the configurable form to ensure admins only see settings relevant to the conversational intake experience.
- Reports will export successfully, regardless of their size.
- Fixed an issue where a synchronization delay was causing issues with dashboards not automatically updating with the latest object changes.
- Fixed an issue where the Email Notification toggle switch on the User Management: Edit User screen was incorrectly overridden during organization imports, ensuring that user-specific notification settings are maintained after a redeployment.
- Fixed an issue where non-admin users with the User Management advanced permission received a 403 error when attempting to toggle the Email Notifications toggle switch for other users.
- Fixed an issue where organization imports or copies would fail when a Report Export Template included data mapping for reference columns.
- Optimized the bulk assessment creation process to handle large scoping trees by processing data exclusions in smaller batches, preventing system timeouts and ensuring assessments are successfully created.
- Fixed an issue where objects could not be deleted and would disappear from search results if the deletion process encountered a database constraint error.
- The AI Summary pop-up now displays a clear validation message when a user lacks the necessary permissions to view related objects, replacing the generic "Generation Failed: Unable to retrieve data" error.
- Fixed an issue where editing the content of an auto text report component caused the preview formatting to display as plain text strings instead of the expected table layout.
- Fixed an issue where a race condition in the activity monitor could cause users to be logged out randomly while actively working in the system.
- Fixed an issue where polling intervals for user export jobs caused apparent response time delays.
- Fixed an issue where the Trending Intervals API would intermittently return a 500 internal server error after clearing organization data, ensuring that trending repository functions remain stable and accessible.
- The Latest update mode: ON banner now remains fixed at the top of the screen while scrolling, allowing users to easily toggle the mode off without returning to the top of the screen.
- Fixed an issue where opening a second object from a report table caused the entire report to reload and reset applied filters.
- Fixed an issue in object communications where the cursor would incorrectly appear before a tagged user's name when replying to a comment.
- Fixed an issue where the Refresh button on Simple Data Tables would fail to trigger on the first click when opening an activity view for the first time.
- Fixed an issue where the list of workflow triggers would randomly reorder when interacting with the Workflow Configuration screen, ensuring triggers now maintain a consistent alphabetical order.
- The Name and Version Number fields on the Org Config Export screen now display character limits and prevent users from exceeding the maximum allowed length, ensuring successful exports by aligning the interface with system requirements.
- Fixed an issue where exporting a dashboard configuration failed with a server error when the organization name contained special characters, such as commas.
- The Core version and build number display format on the Login screen and help menu has been updated to improve readability by placing the build number in brackets.
- The SSO login error message now includes a unique request ID, providing users with specific information to share with support for faster troubleshooting and resolution of authentication issues
- The Summarize Regulatory Text AI action now displays a clear error message when a summary cannot be provided because the object lacks a name or description.
New Content Translations
Please review the attached file for all new content translations added to the system.
If your organization is utilizing the Language Translation feature, please download a new Language template (for your required language) and filter the Language column (last column) by empty cells, indicating new content. Any empty cells in the Language column must be translated, and the Language Template file must be uploaded to the system for changes. For further information, please refer to the Add a Language article.
