Release 26.1.4

26.1.4 Features

Relationship Search – Advanced Search Improvements

The advanced search in relationship tables and dropdowns has been updated to make it faster and clearer to find the right item:

  • Shows clearer section headers and result counts for recently created items.
  • Provides better guidance when more than 50 results are available or when you need to type more characters while searching.
  • Aligns loading, highlighting, and result labels with the global and Activity View search experience.
  • Uses updated fonts, spacing, and button placement for a cleaner, more readable layout.

Intake Agent Enhancements

AI-Generated Object Indicator

Incidents (or defined object types) created through the intake agent will have a label indicating the information was generated by AI (This <object> was generated by AI).

Intake Agent Config Validation

When an Admin creates a new Portal URL Setting or edits an existing Portal URL setup with the Chat Interface for Portal toggle switch enabled on the Admin: Edit Configurable Forms screen. The Intake Agent Config Validation will automatically validate the AI Chat Interface form configuration (Intake Agent), associated Portal Users permissions (e.g., roles with create/delete, and global read for search object types), and key workflow settings (e.g., “Bypass Required Fields” on configured triggers, and required role assignment action), identifying configuration errors and downstream creation/rollback failures. The validation will continue to run on screen refresh and re-opens and will display a loading status while executing. If issues are found, an error message identifying what is mis-configured and what must be fixed will appear. If all checks pass, a successful confirmation is shown.

Supporting Documentation

Please refer to the following article for further information on Intake Agent Config Validation:

Improved Summarizes

A smarter AI summary behavior was implemented in the chat incident-reporting flow, so that users receive a clear, conversational confirmation summary after their report is fully submitted (manual or auto-submit). The summary message is stored in the Communications tab. If the connection times out, no summary will appear.

Level of Completeness or Inferred Relationships

Admins can control the amount of form data that must be captured before an Inferred Relationship is chosen by selecting an option (Low 10%, Medium 50%, or High 90%) from the new Collection Completeness dropdown menu. A platform-level minimum extracted fields threshold will also apply before inferred relationships are run. This will reduce incorrect relationships from being chosen.

Supporting Documentation

Please refer to the following article for further information on the Intake Agent Level of Completeness feature:

Update Field Concatenations Workflow Action on Orchestrations

A new “Update Field Concatenation(s)” option for the Consume Orchestration Event trigger recalculates concatenated fields and automatically updates object names (e.g., case, incident, activity, etc.) with the latest values.

Allow Delete in Nav Tree

A Delete option was added to the More Options menu on Navigation Tree forms, allowing authorized users to permanently delete non-actionable submissions or delete them according to retention policy, within the Ethics & Compliance application. If deletion fails, an “Unable to delete the submission. Please try again” error message will appear.

Note:
Attempts to delete an assessment object (e.g., in a Risk Assessment) will result in an error.

Exclude Portal User from Licensed User Count

The User Management screen excludes portal users from Enabled, Inactive, and Licensed user counts and the max-user validation during user creation. This ensures licensed user limits only reflect standard and admin users.

Email Encryption Support

Encoded emails will be properly decoded, allowing users access to critical information. A system-generated message will appear if an encrypted email is received, suggesting the user reach out to the submitter for support.

Process Regulatory Summarization in Org Region

The Regulatory Summarization AI Feature was updated to process data in the same region as the customer’s organization.

Communication with Non-Users

The Communication with Non-User feature is no longer behind a feature flag and is enabled by default.

This feature introduces a new way for Resolver users to engage in external email communication with contacts who do not have Resolver accounts, while keeping all messages fully tracked on the related object.

Supporting Documentation

Please refer to the following articles for further information on external email communication:

Improve Lost Connection to Resolver Messaging

The following changes were applied to the Blue screen that appears when connection to Resolver is lost:

  • Technical errors will be listed by default.
  • A Copy Error Details button will allow you to copy the list or errors to the clipboard.
  • More error details were added:
    • Page URL
    • Org ID
    • User ID
    • Timestamp
    • Build ID (e.g., version)

Blue Screen

Bug List

  • Fixed an issue in the Incident Management Location Overview report where the bar chart totals could differ from the underlying table, ensuring both now display consistent incident counts.
  • Clicking an attachment in the Claims relationship table opens the Attachment Details pop-up instead of a blank screen, even when using URLs with tab parameters.
  • Fixed an issue where Security Review recipients were not receiving notification emails for new requests, even though emails were shown as sent.
  • The search functionality has been improved to recognize and match special characters and delimiters (e.g., semicolons, pipes, slashes, etc.), ensuring that searches for terms containing these symbols return the correct results.
  • Fixed an error that occurred when uploading a data reassignment file with incorrect header names or rows exceeding the supported row limit, which resulted in a 500-server error instead of a validation message explaining the issue.
  • Fixed an issue where portal sessions configured with a 15-minute timeout did not properly expire, causing the session to refresh instead of ending as expected.
  • Improved validation error message clarity displayed during application import when a data definition change is blocked on an assessment with existing data. The message now accurately describes the conflict and identifies both the current and target configurations.
  •  The AI Legal Terms and Conditions link on the resolver website was updated to use a secure connection, fully encrypting and protecting the link.
  • Fixed an issue where objects could not be created when the date within the Date field was between the 13 and 31 days of the month, which resulted in an invalid date error.
  • Fixed an issue where the confirmation message was not displayed on screen after requesting a password reset, even though the reset email was sent successfully.
  • Fixed an issue where exporting a report to PDF failed when the report contained hyperlinks or images from private sources. Reports now export successfully.
  • Permissions updates now take effect immediately, ensuring that users can no longer access or perform actions in restricted features as soon as their advanced permissions are removed, even if they are currently logged in.
  • Improved the severity classification of workflow trigger failure logs so that failures are now properly flagged for follow-up, enabling faster identification and resolution of processing issues.
  • This update improves email delivery reliability by automatically retrying messages that encounter temporary connection timeouts, ensuring they are successfully sent.
  • Fixed a stability issue that could cause intermittent errors when multiple users simultaneously performed actions on related records.
  • Fixed the font and formatting on the Scheduled Maintenance screen, so it displays a professionally styled layout.
  • Fixed an issue within Dashboards when renaming a field or formula and including special characters (e.g., brackets, etc.) within the name caused dashboard filters to fail to update, resulting in the filter not reflecting the new name.
  • Optimized the navigation tree loading process to prevent timeouts and ensure the tree expands correctly during assessments.
  • Fixed an issue where dashboards did not display in activity views added during an application deployment, despite the dashboards being present in the destination organization.
  • Fixed an issue where some Control object clone workflow states were not displayed in relationship tables when generated and added to Requirements without manually refreshing the screen.
  • Fixed an issue which allowed unsupported field types to be added as non-functional filters on assessments.
  • Fixed an issue where certain users were unable to view or open specific items via search, navigation, or task lists, which resulted in blank or overload error screens in organizations with large datasets and complex permission structures.
  • Fixed an issue where exporting reports to Excel could intermittently fail or trigger error messages.
  • Optimized the import process, ensuring successful completion when handling large datasets (e.g., with over 100,000 incidents), preventing system timeouts.

New Content Translations

Please review the attached file for all new content translations added to the system.

If your organization is utilizing the Language Translation feature, please download a new Language template (for your required language) and filter the Language column (last column) by empty cells, indicating new content. Any empty cells in the Language column must be translated, and the Language Template file must be uploaded to the system for changes. For further information, please refer to the Add a Language article.
