Creating a Simple Data Table

Overview

The Simple Data Table is a Data Visualization type that allows administrative users to create large Data Visualizations that are displayed using an on-screen paginated table. Administrators can create the Simple Data Table by selecting an Object Type, one or more Workflow States, and a date range (e.g., the last 180 days). A download file is not created for the Data Visualization, but it can be exported using a .CSV file. Users viewing the Data Visualization can only see the data that their permissions allow.

User Account Requirements

The user must have Administrator or Data Management advanced permissions to create Data Visualizations.
