Submitting a Corrective Action for Review

Overview

Once a member of the Issue Team has filled out the required information for a Corrective Action, it can be sent for review.

User Account Requirements

The user account used to log into Resolver must be added to the Issue Team user group.


Navigation

  1. From the Home screen, click the Home dropdown.

  1. From the Home dropdown menu, select the Issue Management link.

  1. From the Details tab, click the Corrective Actions tab.

  1. From the Corrective Actions screen, enter an Issue Name in the Search field to narrow down the search results list.

  1. Click on an Issue link in an Open status.

Submitting a Corrective Action for Review

  1. From the Details tab, scroll to the bottom of the screen.

  1. Click the Submit for Review button.

  1. The Corrective Actions screen will appear with a system-generated notification indicating that the Corrective Action was moved to Review and can be found under the In Process Corrective Actions section with a status of Review.
