| Creating an Issue Using the Gap Analysis Feature |
Overview
Issues can be created within the Gap Analysis feature if the object's form has an Issue relationship table and an Issue object type is configured for the Org. A Create Issue link will appear within the Generated Controls card. Issues created through the Gap Analysis feature will appear in the Audit Trail.
User Account Requirements
Users must have permission to view, edit, and create on the control object to view and access the Gap Analysis feature, edit a suggestion from the Gap Analysis feature, or create new controls when using the Gap Analysis feature.

Creating an Issue Using the Gap Analysis Feature
- Navigate to an object form with a Control relationship table.
- From the Form, access the Control relationship table.
- From the Control relationship table, click the View Gap Analysis link.

- From the Gap Analysis pop-up, scroll to a Generated Control.
Generated Control
- Click the Create Issue link.
Create Issue Link
- The new AI generated issue will appear below the generated control.
- (Optional) Click the Edit link to edit the Issue Name and Issue Description fields for the AI generated issue.
Edit Link
- (Optional) While in the Edit state, click the Cancel link to revert the issue back to the previous state or click the + Add link to add the issue to the control.

- Click the + Add link to add the issue to the control.
