Overview
AI-Generated Regulatory Summarization uses AI/ML to summarize regulation statements, making them easier for users to interpret and understand.
User Account Requirements
To view the Summarize Regulatory Text button on a form, the user must have permission to access the specific form where the feature is enabled. When using this feature, the list of similar requirements will only display library Requirement objects that are in a non-archived workflow state, and that the user has permission to view.
Using Regulatory Summarization on a Form

Note: Regulatory Summarization can only be added to Requirement, Requirement Detail, and Sub-Topic object type forms. |
- Navigate to a Form.
- From the Form, click the Smart Actions button. If only one AI feature is enabled, that feature name will appear as a link instead of the Smart Actions dropdown menu.

- From the Smart Actions dropdown menu, click the Summarize Regulatory Text link.

- An AI-Generated Regulatory Summary pop-up will display showing a summary.

Important Notes
- The summary cannot be edited by a user.
- The summary doesn't persist amongst users; this means that each user who reviews a form will have to generate their own summary.
- The summary is not eligible to be exported on to reports.
- The summary is not available in an Org’s Data Warehouse.
