Exporting Gap Analysis

Overview

Users can export the full Gap Analysis, including coverage assessment, rationale, and recommendations to a PDF or Word file.

Exporting Gap Analysis

  1. Navigate to a Requirement or Risk form with a Control relationship table.
  2. From the Form, access the Control relationship table.
  3. From the Control relationship table, click the View Gap Analysis link.

  1. The system will run the gap analysis and display the number of Recommendations it has generated.

  1. Click the View Gap Analysis link to view the generated recommendations.

  1. From the AI Gap Analysis pop-up, click on one of the following icons to export the Gap Analysis:
    • PDF: Create a PDF using the Gap Analysis content.
    • Word: Create a Word file using the Gap Analysis content.
    • Copy: Copies the Gap Analysis content to the clipboard so users can paste it into emails, tickets, or other tools.

Exported files are auto-named using the convention: AI_<objectType>-<objectId>_Gap_Analysis_<MMDDYYYY>_<HHMM>.<ext> — for example AI_Risk-1_Gap_Analysis_06092026_1120.pdf.
