Adding a Form and Form Data to an AI-Summarization Configuration

When selecting the data used to create the AI Summarization (fields, formulas, and properties), the process for adding these elements to the AI Summarization is the same, except that you must click the corresponding tab to access a specific area (e.g., the Fields, Formulas, or Properties tabs). For this illustration, we will be adding fields to the AI-Summarization Configuration.

  1. From the Admin: Edit AI-Summarization Configuration screen, users can edit the AI-Summarization Configuration Name and Description fields by clicking on the corresponding field and entering a new name or description.

  1. The Data Definition field is greyed out because it cannot be edited once the AI Summarization Configuration has been created. To change the Data Definition, you must delete the existing configuration and create a new one.
  2. (Optional) Select a form from the Forms dropdown menu. Selecting a form will add the fields, formulas, and properties from the form to the AI Summarization Configuration. Only the fields, formulas, and properties associated with the objects selected in the Data Definition will appear in the AI Summarization Configuration on the Fields, Formulas, and Properties tabs.
