| Enabling the AI Summarization Feature on a Configurable Form |
Overview
Enabling the Summary toggle switch and linking a Data Definition with a configurable form will add the Summarization button to the form, allowing users to summarize case information using the AI Summarization feature.
User Account Requirements
The user account you use to log into Resolver must have Administrator permission to access configurable forms.

Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

- From the Administration Settings menu, click the Admin Overview link.

- From the Admin: Overview screen, click the Configurable Forms tile on the Data Model section.

- From the Admin: Configurable Forms screen, enter a Configurable Form Name in the Search field and click the Configurable Form Name link to add AI Summarization to an existing configurable form or click the + Create Configurable Form to create a new configurable form to use for the AI Summarization feature. Please see the Creating a New Standard Form article for further information.

Enabling the AI Summarization Feature on a Configurable Form
- From the Admin: Edit Configurable Form screen, click the Edit icon on the Header section.

- From the Edit Form Setting pop-up, scroll to the Smart Actions section.

- Click the Summary toggle switch to active the AI Summarization feature on the form.
Summary Toggle Switch
- Select a Data Definition from the Data Definition dropdown menu to link the AI Summarization configuration to the form. The Data Definition is where the AI Summarization configuration is set up, which determines the data (fields, formulas, and properties) used to generate case summaries.

Note: If the Data Definition selected does not have the AI Summarization section configured, you will receive an error message when attempting to run the AI Summarization feature within a connected form. |
