Overview

The AI Summarization Export feature allows user to export the AI Summarizations creating a PDF or Word file. This feature is enabled by default when the AI Summarization feature is enabled on a form. This feature can be disabled if users do not want to utilize this feature.

User Account Requirements

The user account you use to log into Resolver must have Administrator permission to access configurable forms.

Navigation

1. From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

2. From the Administration Settings menu, click the Admin Overview link.

3. From the Admin: Overview screen, click the Configurable Forms tile on the Data Model section.

4. From the Admin: Configurable Forms screen, enter a Configurable Form Name in the Search field and click the Configurable Form Name link to add AI Summarization to an existing configurable form or click the + Create Configurable Form to create a new configurable form to use for the AI Summarization feature. Please see the Creating a New Standard Form article for further information.

Disabling the AI Summarization Export Feature on a Form

1. From the Admin: Edit Configurable Form screen, click the Edit icon on the Header section.

2. From the Edit Form Setting pop-up, scroll to the Smart Actions section.

3. Click the Summary toggle switch to active the AI Summarization feature on the form.

4. Click the Enable Summary Export toggle switch to disable the AI Summary Exports on the connected form. The PDF and Word icon will no longer appear within the AI Summary.
