Viewing Issue Performance Reports

Overview

The Issue Performance reports display the top Riks by Business Unit and allow users to track trending by impact and priority.


User Account Requirements

The user account used to log into Resolver must be added to the Issue Team user group.


 

Navigation

  1. From the Home screen, click the Home dropdown.

  1. From the Home dropdown menu, select the Reports link.

  1. From the Report screen, click the Issue Management tab.

Viewing Issue Performance Reports

  1. From the Issue Management screen, click the Organization link under the Issue Performance Overview section.

  1. From the Issue Performance screen, use the Navigation Tree to filter the report data on the Issue Performance screen by Business Unit by clicking on a Business Unit.

  1. The following Reports will appear on the Issue Performance screen:
    • Issue Severity Heatmap: Shows the number of Issues by Priority and Issue Impact, using colors to indicate which Issues should be resolved first (hot colors - red, etc.) and which Issues are not as urgent (cold colors - blue, etc.).
      • Hovering over an Issue Number will provide an Issue Summary.
      • Clicking on an Issue Number will open the Issue pop-up, giving further Issue Details and allowing users to resolve the Issue, depending on their Role.

    • Issue Priority by Issue Category: Shows the number of Issues by priority in each Issue Category.

    • Issue Impact by Business Unit: Shows the number of Issues by Issue Impact for each Business Unit.

    • High Priority Issues: Shows all high priority Issues across the organization.
      • Clicking on an Issue Number will open the Issue pop-up, giving further Issue Details and allowing users to resolve the Issue, depending on their Role.

    • Low/Medium Issues: Shows all low and medium priority Issues across the organization.
      • Clicking on an Issue Number will open the Issue pop-up, giving further Issue Details and allowing users to resolve the Issue, depending on their Role.
