Tracking Reporter Anonymity Using Dashboards

Overview

A Is Submitter Anonymous property was added to Dashboards, allowing users to add this property through a Dashboard Dataset so that it can appear on new or existing Dashboards. The property will retrieve whether or not a Portal user is an anonymous submitter and is displayed as T (True) or F (False).

Note:
Users can use a formula in Dashboards to change the results labels from T (True) or F (False) to Yes or No by using the formula IF(<object type>.IsSubmitterAnonymous = "t", "Yes", "No"). The <object type> tag represents the object type in the selected dataset where the property was added and varies depending on the dataset you are using to create the chart. In this example, we are using Incident, so the formula would read as IF(incident.IsSubmitterAnonymous = "t", "Yes", "No").

User Account Requirements
