Overview
One of the key tasks you will perform in the Project Tracker is signing off on the project gate approvals. This allows you to formally acknowledge the work completed and move the project to the next stage. The customer will receive an automatic email notification when a sign off is required.

- From the Home screen, click on a Project link on the My Tasks section.

- From the Home screen, click the Home dropdown menu.

- Select the Project Tracker link from the Home dropdown menu.

- From the Open Projects screen, click on a project link under the Select a Project... section. You may have multiple projects listed if you have more than one active project.

Signing Off on a Project Phase
Before a sign-off can take place, customers must review required items, including tickets that require customer attention. They also must complete any items requiring testing in the sandbox and confirm your expectations were met and you are ready to move to the next stage in the project.
- From the Details tab, review the Business Requirements tab an ensure that all requirements are met and are in a Completed workflow state.

- Click on the Customer Tickets tab.

- Review all customer tickets to ensure that they are in an Accepted/Deferred or Closed workflow state.
Accepted/Deferred: The ticket may not have been resolved but you have accepted the action taken.
Closed: The ticket has been resolved, and any required action were performed.

Scroll to the Feedback and Sign-Off section and provide your feedback on the following questions:
I would want to work with this project team again.
I am satisfied with the quality of the project implementation so far.
What feedback do you have to improve our partnership?
Feedback and Sign-Off Section
The Customer Tickets field will show the number of open tickets. it is recommended that open tickets should be Accepted/Deferred or Closed before moving to the next stage.

Click the Sign-Off Implementation button to sign-off the current stage and move to the next stage. The Sign-Off button will differ depending on the stage you are signing off.
