Overview
One of the key tasks you will perform in the Project Tracker is providing feedback. This gives you the opportunity to share your experience with the Resolver team and helps to improve our project delivery in the future. The customer will receive an automatic email notification when a sign-off is required.

- From the Home screen, click on a Project link on the My Tasks section.

- From the Home screen, click the Home dropdown menu.

- Select the Project Tracker link from the Home dropdown menu.

- From the Open Projects screen, click on a project link under the Select a Project... section. You may have multiple projects listed if you have more than one active project.

How to Provide Feedback within Project Tracker
You will have to opportunity to provide Resolver with feedback three times (Implementation, Validation, and Customer Sign-Off) during the life of the project.
- From the Details tab, scroll to the Feedback and Sign-off section.

- Under the Project Completion section, provide your feedback on the following questions:
- I would want to work with this project team again.
- I am satisfied with the quality of the project implementation.
- I believe the product meets the expectations of our team/business.
- What feedback do you have to improve our continued relationship?

- If you give your consent for us to use your comments in marketing materials, please select Yes from the Consent to Marketing Use dropdown menu.

- Click the Sign-Off Project button to confirm that the project is complete.
