Overview

Resolver allows Administrators to edit and/or delete activities from applications. 


User Account Requirements

The user must have Administrator permissions to edit or delete an activity. 


Navigation

  1. From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

  1. From the Administrator settings menu, click the Admin Overview link.

  1. From the Admin Overview screen, click the Applications tile under the Application Management section.

  1. On the Admin: Applications screen, from the list of applications, click the application with the activity that you want to edit or delete.

Editing an Activity

  1. From the Admin: Edit Application screen, under the Activities section, click the activity you want to edit.

  1. To edit the name or description of the activity:
    • Click the Edit icon next to the activity name, and edit the name and/or description.

    • Click the Done button to save your changes.

  1. To rearrange the order of the activities as they appear in Activities section, click the Reorder icon next to an activity then drag it to the desired location.

  1. Click the Done button when finished.

Deleting an Activity

  1. From the Admin: Edit Application screen, click the Delete icon next to the activity you want to delete.

  1. From the Delete Activity? pop-up, click the Delete button to confirm.

Deleting an activity will delete all the actions or views associated with it.
