Overview

Resolver allows Administrators to edit and/or delete applications. 


User Account Requirements

The user must have Administrator permissions to edit or delete an application. 


Navigation

  1. From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

  1. From the Administrator settings menu, click the Admin Overview link.

  1. From the Admin Overview screen, click the Applications tile under the Application Management section.

  1. On the Admin: Applications screen, from the list of applications, click the application that you want to edit or delete.
  2. (Optional): To rearrange the order of the applications as they appear on the Admin: Applications screen, click the Reorder icon next to an application then drag it to the desired location.

Editing an Application

  1. To edit the name or description of the application, click the Edit icon next to the application name, and edit the name and/or description.

  1. Click the Done button to save your changes.

Deleting an Application

  1. From the Admin: Edit Application screen, click the Delete icon at the bottom of the screen.

  1. From the Delete application? pop-up, click the Delete button to confirm.

Deleting an application will delete all activities associated with it.
