| Opting a User Out of Receiving Email Notifications |
Overview
Administrators can now opt users out of receiving system-generated emails sent through configured email templates, including messaging actions on workflows, by disabling the new Email Notifications toggle switch on the User Profile screen. Users who choose to opt out of email notification will still receive password resets, user added to Org, and activate profile/welcome to Resolver emails.
User Account Requirements
The user account you use to log into Resolver must have Administrator or the User Management or Settings Management advanced permissions to create a new user. If you are an advanced permissions user, please refer to the Create a New User as an Advanced Permissions User article.
