Version 26.2.0 Release (Dispatch)

Improvements

  • We have removed the CCURE 2.7 Connector from Dispatch. This connector was no longer in use. Customers using a CCURE integration should be using the 2.9 or 3.0 CCURE Connectors.

Bug Fixes

Dispatch

  • Screen Filters (e.g., Organization Status field on the Dispatch screen) will keep their selected values after logging out and back into Dispatch.
  • Officer alert timers will reset when an officer's status changes back to available, preventing false alerts and unexpected timer behavior.
  • User profile photos can be updated by an administrator when the user is logged in to Dispatch or has a status of on duty.
  • Opening multiple Dispatch Details screens at once will display the correct Dispatch information and not information for another open Dispatch Details screen.
  • The Call Entered By field on the Dispatch Details screen will display who created the call for all Officers, instead of appearing blank for Non-Administrator Officers.
  • Alarm records will be removed from the Alarm screen immediately upon closure, without having to log out and back in again.

Connect

  • When an alarm originating from Connect is closed in Dispatch, the clear event is now properly sent to the source system and the closure notification displays correctly.
  • The CCURE 3.0 Connector will retrieve all event types when syncing, regardless of the total number of event types.
  • The CCURE 2.9 Connector will maintain stability and process alarms, instead of going offline intermittently causing missed alarms and events.
  • A restrictive event type filter on the CCURE 3.0 Connector was causing a problem processing event type. All event types are now processed and forwarded to Dispatch.

Officer Mobile

  • Busy states deleted in Dispatch will also be deleted in the Officer Mobile app. Any lingering deleted records were cleaned up.
  • Changing an Officers task state in Officer Mobile will no longer clear actively typed text in the Description field on a Dispatch.
  • An iOS issue that was not allowing Officers to select a person or organization record from the Search dropdown menu when adding involvement logs to a Dispatch task has been resolved.
  • Attempting to attach an image using the camera when camera access is disabled will no longer cause the Officer Mobile app to crash.
  • An iOS and Android issue that was preventing a button state from updating after advancing an Officer task (e.g., tapping the Start button) has been resolved.

UI/Accessibility

  • Resolved an issue where SOP task text was rendered in light grey against a white background when using the High Contrast theme, making the task list unreadable.
