Overview

The Level of Completion feature allows Administrators to control the amount of form data that must be captured before an Inferred Relationship is chosen by selecting an option Low 10%, Medium 50%, or High 90% from the new Collection Completeness dropdown menu (e.g., selecting Low 10% indicates that 10% of the total number of fields on the form need to be filled out).

User Account Requirements

The user must have Administrator permissions to edit a configurable form.

Navigation

1. From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

2. From the Administrator Settings menu, click the Admin Overview link.

3. From the Admin Overview screen, click the Configurable Forms tile in the Views section.

4. From the Admin: Configurable Forms screen, enter a form name in the Search field to narrow the results.

4. Click on a Form link. The form selected must have the Chat Interface For Portal toggle switch enabled.

Setting a Level of Completion for Intake Agent

1. From the Admin: Edit Configurable Form screen, scroll to the Form Canvas.

2. Hover over a Relationship and click the Edit icon.

3. From the Edit Component Display screen, click the Enable Create toggle switch to deactivate it.

4. Click the Close button.

5. Hover over the Relationship and click the Extract From Chat link.

6. Hover over the Relationship and select the Edit Icon.

7. From the Edit Component Display screen, scroll to the Extraction Settings section.

7. Select an option from the Collection Completeness dropdown menu, the percentage selected indicates the percentage of fields that need to be filled out on the form before an Inferred Relationship is chosen: 
   • Low (10%)
   • Medium (50%)
   • High (90%)
8. Click the Close button.
