Overview

When adding a table to a report, users can add object type properties as data columns to the report. 


Properties

The following properties can be added to report tables:

  • Name: The title of the object, which helps identify the object in views or search results. The header of this property appears on forms as [Object Type] Name (e.g., Incident Name). 
  • Description: The key details about the object.
  • Unique ID: The unique identifier automatically assigned to the object type at creation.
  • Created By: The user who created the object.
  • Created On: The date the object was created, converted to the current user's time zone.
  • Modified By: The name of the user who last modified the object.
  • Modified On: The date the object was last modified, converted to the current user's time zone.
  • Location: The address of an object. 
  • Latitude: The latitude coordinates of an object. 
  • Longitude: The longitude coordinates of an object. 
  • External Reference ID: External reference IDs are alphanumeric identifiers created for most elements within Resolver. 
  • Submitter: Allows for the anonymous submission of Portal forms. Please refer to the Enabling the Anonymous Submitter Property on a Form article for further information. 
  • Dimensions: Adds read-only dimension data onto the form of objects that were referenced on an assessment. If an object has not been referenced on an assessment, the property will be invisible.
