Overview
To provide a more intuitive and efficient Portal Agent experience, we recommend providing clear and detailed context for any fields, relationships, or references added to forms, and their associated objects. The Agent will use the fields, relationships, references, and object name and description to guide its conversation with the Submitter. The quality of the Portal Agent experience depends on the clarity and completeness of the information you provide. Administrators can tailor the level of detail in field, relationship, reference, and object descriptions based on their specific preferences and requirements.
An Example of Context Added to Field Descriptions
|
Note: If a field is not prompted in the conversation between the Agent and the Submitter but is inferred, the field name and description is used to match information to the field. |
User Account Requirements
The user account must have Administrator permissions to edit field, relationship, reference, and object descriptions.
