Overview

AI-Generated Controls is an AI-powered feature that allows Compliance and Risk teams to leverage AI to generate clear, structured operational controls when existing controls are missing or unclear, or when working with new or unfamiliar regulatory items or risk scenarios. Generated controls are informed by industry best practices and incorporate the context of linked requirements and risk details.

From the Feature Access screen, Administrators and Settings Management advanced permission users can self-enable Generated Controls on their Orgs.

Note: This feature is intended to be a starting point for the user. Please ensure to review the AI-generated content and make edits prior to linking to a requirement or risk.

User Account Requirements

The user must have Administrator or Settings Management advanced permissions to access the Feature Access screen.

Navigation

1. From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

2. From the Administrator Settings menu, click the Feature Access link.

Enabling Generated Controls On an Org

1. From the Feature Access screen, click the Enable AI-Recommended Controls toggle switch to turn it on.

2. Read the Disclaimer, and then press the Accept button to accept the terms and conditions.

Disabling Generated Controls on an Org

1. From the Feature Access screen, click the Enable AI-Generated Controls toggle switch to turn it off.
