Overview
Intake Agent is a generative AI agent that allows Anonymous Portal users to submit incidents via a chat experience. The Agent will prompt Submitters to provide critical information needed for the investigation, make inferences from the information provided, and process the submission.
From the Feature Access screen, Administrators and Settings Management advanced permission users can self-enable Intake Agent on their Orgs.
User Account Requirements
The user must have Administrator or Settings Management advanced permissions to access the Feature Access screen.
Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

- From the Administrator Settings menu, click the Feature Access link.

Enabling Intake Agent on an Org
- From the Feature Access screen, under the Features for Security and Investigations section, click the Enable Intake Agent toggle switch to turn it on.

- Read the Disclaimer, and then press the Accept button to accept the terms and conditions.

Disabling Intake Agent on an Org
- From the Feature Access screen, under the Features for Security and Investigations section, click the Enable Intake Agent toggle switch to turn it off.
