Welcome to Our New Help Center!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve launched a new Help Center powered by Zendesk! This upgrade brings a fresh design, improved navigation, and smarter search capabilities.

What’s New?

  • Smarter Search
AI-driven semantic search understands the intent behind your queries and delivers the most relevant articles, helping you find answers faster.
  • Improved Support Ticket Portal
The new Resolver Support Ticket Portal has a clean, user-friendly interface that allows users to submit, review, and respond to support tickets quickly and efficiently. Submitters can provide helpful details within the ticket, like screenshots and error logs, to help speed up investigation and resolution. All previously submitted tickets will automatically be available on the new Support Ticket Portal, and all currently registered users will have access.
  • Intuitive Navigation
The new Help Center mirrors the navigation in Resolver Core, creating a familiar and seamless experience.

Soft Launch Details

We’re currently in the soft launch phase, where you and your team can preview and get familiar with the new Help Center!

  • The content has the latest features and improvements, new troubleshooting articles and the new Issue Management GRC application.
    • Some articles may still be transitioning to the new format; these will be updated soon.
  • The current Knowledge Base will remain available through the Help icon in Core during this phase.
  •  We recommend updating your bookmarks with the new Help Center article links.

After the soft launch, we’ll move to a full release at the end of January 2026 and redirect all traffic to the new Help Center.
