Improvements

  • Due Dates have been enabled on the following Object Types to coincide with the Due Dates feature released in the 25.2 platform release:
    • Issue
    • Corrective Action
    • Policy
    • Indicator
    • Request
    • Task
    • Plan
    • Objective
    • Strategy
  • All GRC applications in app base were tagged using the new App Tagging feature. The App Tagging feature allows Service members to update a customer’s current environment with new and updated applications.
    • Rollout of this feature and process is dependent on enablement of the feature, which will be rolled out in the coming months.
  • The following configuration changes were applied to the Business Continuity Management application:
    • User Groups:
      • Renamed the Business Continuity Management Team to the Business Continuity Team
      • Added Recovery Team (Limited Role)
    • Roles:
      • Renamed the Business Continuity Management Team to the Business Continuity Team
      • Added Recovery Team (Limited Role)
      • Role permissions changes to the Business Continuity Team, Business Continuity Champion, Continuity Strategy Owner, and Plan Owner for Asset Object Type:
        • Added access to create a trigger that transitions to the Active state
        • Give permission to the Active state
        • Remove permissions from active IT Asset
        • Changed triggers on the Asset – BCM – Overview form
      • Role permissions changes to the Business Continuity Team, Business Continuity Champion, Continuity Strategy Owner, and Plan Owner for Asset, Location, People, Third Party Object Types:
        • Remove Archive triggers and state access
    • Forms:
      • Plan – BCM – Main
        • Plan Details
          • Team
            • Replaced relationship table with Recovery Team role
      • Process – BCM – 1 – Analyze, Process – BCM – 2- Manage, Process – BCM – 3 – Plan & Exercise, and Process – BCM – 4 – Monitor & Archive
        • Added Dependencies Cards
        • Remove create new on the relationship tables for Risk Event, Loss Event, & Requirement Object Types
      • Risk – RM – 5- Assess Risk
        • Removed the BCM secondary app tag
      • Risk – BCM – 5 – Assess Risk
        • Removed various elements specific to the Risk Management applications
    • Object Types:
      • Plan
        • Renamed relationship Continuity Team to DNU Continuity Team
      • Risk Event and Loss Event Object Type
        • Remove multiple fields that were identified as not relevant to the BCM application
        • Risk Event – BCM – Main form was duplicated, and redundant fields were removed
        • Risk Event – BCM Main form was added to the BC Team, BC Champion, Continuity Strategy Owner and Plan Owner roles under Object Type permissions
        • Deleted the legacy form
