| Adding a Targeted Entity to a Threat |
Overview
Users can add a Targeted Entity to a Threat to track an Individual, site, or asset that has been threatened. Targeted Entities can be added when creating a new Threat Intel when triaging a threat or for Threat integrated into Resolver from a third-party online monitoring tool (e.g., LifeRaft®, samdesk®, etc.).

Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Home dropdown.

- From the Home dropdown menu, click the Threat Protection link.

- From the Threat Intel screen, click a Threat Intel link from under the New Threats section.

Adding a Targeted Entity to a Threat
- From the Threat Intel Details screen, click the Impacted tab.

- From the Impacted tab, click the Search field under the Targeted Entities table and enter a Brand, Company, Location, Person, or Product name.

- Select the Targeted Entity from the Search dropdown menu. Multiple Targeted Entities can be added to a Threat.

- Click the Delete (x) icon to remove the Digital Presence from the Threat.

- A Confirmation pop-up will appear, indicating that deleting the Digital Presence will only remove it from the Threat and not from the system.

- Click the Yes button to remove the Digital Presence from the Threat.

- The following Targeted Entity information will be pulled into the Targeted Entity table:
- Name: Displays the first and last name of the Targeted Entity.
- Unique ID: Displays an alpha-numeric ID unique to the Targeted Entity. The Unique ID is used to identify the Targeted Entity throughout the system.
- First Name: Displays the Targeted Entity's First Name.
- Last Name: Displays the Targeted Entity's Last Name.
- Threats Received: Indicates the number of threats the Targeted Entity has received. A red dot in front of the number indicates received threats.
- Threat Monitoring: Indicates that Threat Monitoring is Active or Inactive for the Targeted Entity. A green dot in front of the Threat Monitoring status indicates an active status.

- Click anywhere in the Targeted Entities table to open the Person pop-up to view Profile Details, run the Person Report, or mark a Targeted Entity as an Elevated Concern.
