Overview

When the Link to Existing feature is activated by an Administrator on the Configuration tab on the Admin: Editing Assessment screen, confirming a scope on a Risk Assessment by clicking the Confirm Scope button will open the Review Objects screen, allowing the user to review the data before the assessment is launched.

Navigation

After a user creates a Risk Assessment and scopes it for launch, the Review Objects screen will appear if the Link to Existing feature is activated. Please refer to the Activating the Link to Existing Feature for more information on how to navigate to the Review Objects screen.

Reviewing Assessment Objects

1. (Optional) From the Review Object screen, use the Filter fields (By Name or By Unique ID) to narrow the search results by entering the corresponding keyword in the Filter field and selecting a filter from the dropdown list.

2. Click the Assessments link under the Global Assessment Selection section.

3. From the Assessments dropdown menu, hover your cursor over the More Options icon next to a Previous Assessment to view additional information on that assessment:
   • Assessment Type
   • Unique ID
   • Create On

4. Click on the Link to Existing radio button next to the previous assessments,

5. Selecting a previous assessment from the Global Assessment Selection section will automatically apply that selection to the Objects listed below and automatically deselect the Create New Version radio button.

6. Click the Clear Section link to clear the selected assessment on the Global Assessment Selection section.

7. Users can also scroll through the Objects and manually apply a different assessment to each object by clicking the Assessment link and selecting the Link to Existing radio button next to a previous assessment.

8. Users can click the Create New Version radio button on an Object to remove the selected assessment and create a new assessment for the selected Object.

9. Once the user has selected whether to create a new assessment (clicked Create New Version radio button) or to use a previous assessment (select previous assessment radio button) for each Object they can click the Confirm button.

10. A Confirmation screen will appear outlining how many objects will be created using previous assessment and how objects will be created using the new version option. It also states that clone objects will not be included, and new version will be created for all clone objects.

11. Click the Confirm button to finalize the assessments scope and launch the assessment.

12. Clicking the Back to Scoping button will return the user to the Assessment Scoping screen.
