Overview
As importing an Org requires a .JSON file from an existing Org, you must first complete the export process to create and save the file then import it into a blank Org.
User Account Requirements
The user must have Administrator permissions to export an Org.
Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

- From the Administrator settings menu, click the Admin Overview link.

- From the Admin Overview screen, click the Org Manager tile under the Application Management section.

Exporting an Org
- From the Organization Manager screen, click the Export Organization tab.

- In the Name field, enter the name of the Org you’re exporting. The value entered in this field will determine the name of the .JSON file (e.g. ABC Corp 2.json).

- In the Version field, enter a version. The value entered in this field will determine the name of the .JSON file (e.g. ABC Corp 2.json).
Version Field
- Click the Export button. The file will be saved in your Downloads folder.
