Editing or Deleting an Action on an Activity

Overview

An Administrator can edit or delete an action, view, or role on an activity.

User Account Requirements

The user must have Administrator permissions to edit or delete an action on an activity.

Navigation 

1.  From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

2. From the Administrator Settings menu, click the Admin Overview link.

3. From the Admin Overview screen, click the Applications tile under the Application Management section.

4. On the Admin: Applications screen, from the list of applications, click the application with the activity that you want to edit or delete an action, view, or role.

5. From the Admin: Edit Application screen, click on an Activity that houses the action, view, or role you want to edit or delete,

Edit or Delete an Action on an Activity

1. From the Admin: Edit Activity screen, click on the Edit icon next to an action. The Action section will expand, allowing you to edit the selected action.

2. The following field can be edited on an action:
   • Action Name: Enter a new action name in the Action Name field. The action name will appear as a button when the user views the activity.
   • Define Form to Show When Creating New: Select a new configurable form used to display the new action.

Note: Depending on the Action Type selected, the Action Type, Object Type, Assessment Type, and Report fields are not editable and will be greyed out. To change these fields, you must delete the action and recreate a new action.

3.  Click the Done button.

Deleting an Action on an Activity

1. From the Admin: Edit Activity screen, click on the Delete icon next to an action.

2. From the Confirmation pop-up, click the Delete button to remove the action from the activity.
