Logging into Resolver

Overview

After activating your profile and logging in for the first time, you can now log in to Resolver directly from the Login screen. 

If you're logging using Single Sign-On (SSO) or have received the Welcome to Resolver email, please refer to Log In with SSO article for login instructions.

Logging into Resolver

  1. In a new browser tab, enter the Resolver website address provided by your Resolver Administrator or the link provided in the Activate Profile email.
Note:
The login screen indicates which country your data is currently being stored in. Please refer to the Data Region article for more information.
  1. From the Resolver Login screen, enter the email address associated with your Resolver account.

  1. Enter your Resolver password in the Password field.

  1. If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been configured for your user, open your Authenticator app, enter the 6-digit code into the Resolver MFA screen and click the Verify button. Please refer to the Multi-Factor Authentication User Setup article for further information. 

    • (Optional): Select the Remember this device for 30 days checkbox to save your login details for 30 days when using MFA.

  1. Click the Login button.

  1. If your implementation includes multiple Orgs, from the Select Organization screen, select which Org you’d like to open.
