Overview

Users can download an entire Dashboard or a specific Chart from a Dashboard, to aid in creating presentations or board packs.

Downloading an Entire Dashboard

1. From the Dashboard screen, click the Hamburger icon.

2. From the Options menu click the Download Icon.

3. From the Download menu select the file type.
   • CVS
   • PDF
   • Excel

4. From the Export pop-up, enter a new file name in the File Name field in you want to change the file name from the default file name.

5. Select whether or not to include a data and time stamp on the Dashboard by selecting one of the following options under the For Uniqueness Concatenate field.
   • Date and Time
   • None

6. Click the Export Now button to export the Dashboard.

Downloading a Chart from a Dashboard

1. From the Dashboard screen, click the Hamburger icon next to the title of the Chart you want to download.

2. Hover the cursor over the Download link.

3. Select a file type from the Download pop-up menu.
   • JPEG
   • PDF
   • Excel
   • CSV: The CSV file includes data across all Business Units.
   • CSV-Summary: The Summary CSV file includes only the data currently displayed on the selected Chart.

4. From the Export pop-up, enter a new file name in the File Name field in you want to change the file name from the default file name.

5. Select whether or not to include a data and time stamp on the Dashboard by selecting one of the following options under the For Uniqueness Concatenate field.
   • Date and Time
   • None

6. Click the Export Now button to export the Dashboard.
