Overview

Users can download an entire Dashboard or a specific Chart from a Dashboard, to aid in creating presentations or board packs.


Downloading an Entire Dashboard

  1. From the Dashboard screen, click the Hamburger icon.

  1. From the Options menu click the Download Icon.

  1. From the Download menu select the file type.
    • CVS
    • PDF
    • Excel

  1. From the Export pop-up, enter a new file name in the File Name field in you want to change the file name from the default file name.

  1. Select whether or not to include a data and time stamp on the Dashboard by selecting one of the following options under the For Uniqueness Concatenate field.
    • Date and Time
    • None

  1. Click the Export Now button to export the Dashboard.

Downloading a Chart from a Dashboard

  1. From the Dashboard screen, click the Hamburger icon next to the title of the Chart you want to download.

  1. Hover the cursor over the Download link.

  1. Select a file type from the Download pop-up menu.
    • JPEG
    • PDF
    • Excel
    • CSV: The CSV file includes data across all Business Units.
    • CSV-Summary: The Summary CSV file includes only the data currently displayed on the selected Chart.

  1. From the Export pop-up, enter a new file name in the File Name field in you want to change the file name from the default file name.

  1. Select whether or not to include a data and time stamp on the Dashboard by selecting one of the following options under the For Uniqueness Concatenate field.
    • Date and Time
    • None

  1. Click the Export Now button to export the Dashboard.

Scheduling a Dashboard Download

User can schedule to download a Chart on the Dashboard or the entire Dashboard. To schedule to download a specific Chart click the Hamburger icon next to the Charts title. To schedule to download the entire Dashboard click the Hamburger icon at the bottom of the screen. 

  1. From the Dashboard screen, click the Hamburger icon at the bottom of the screen.

  1. From the Options menu click the Download Icon.

  1. rom the Download menu select the file type.
    • CVS
    • PDF
    • Excel

  1. From the Export pop-up, click the Schedule link.

  1. Under the Scheduling section, click the Calendar icon.

  1. From the Calendar pop-up, select the date the Dashboard will download.

  1. Click the Time Icon.

  1. From the Time pop-up, select the time the Dashboard will download.

  1. From the Occurrence field, select whether or not the download schedule repeats.

  1. If you select Repeat from the Occurrence field the following fields will appear:
    • Repeat Every: Select the number of times the download will repeat and at what frequence it will repeat (e.g., Hour, Day, Week, Month, Year).

    • Ends: Select when the download schedule will end.
      • Never: The download schedule will keep running with no end date.
      • On: Select and End Date and Time from the Calendar and Time pop-ups.
      • After: Select the number of occurrences that need to happen before the download schedule ends.

  1. Select the Schedule button to start the download schedule.
