Overview
Call signs are the codes assigned to an officer once they have been brought on to a shift and are used as an effective means to identify a certain officer. While assigned to officers in Dispatch, the available call signs are added in the Administration section of Resolver Core.
User Account Requirements
The user account you use to log into Resolver must have Administrator permission to create or edit a Select List field.

Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

- From the Administration Settings menu, click the Admin Overview link.

- From the Admin: Overview screen, click the Fields tile under the Data Model section.

- From the Admin: Fields screen, enter Call Sign in the Search field to narrow down the search results.

- Click on the Call Sign field link.

Adding a New Call Sign
- From the Admin: Editing Field screen, scroll down to the Current Options tab.

- Click on the Add Options tab.

- Enter your call sign options in the Field Options field (one call sign option per line).

- From the Add Options tab, click the + Add Options button to add the options to the call sign field.

Note: Once the new call signs have been added to Resolver Core, it can take up to an hour for them to appear in Dispatch. |
