| Creating an Image Attachment Field |
Overview
The attachments field allows users to upload image files (up to 100 MB in size) to an object and display the image directly on the form. This field accepts the following image file types:
- .JPEG
- .JPG
- .GIF
- .PNG

Notes: The Image Attachment field type cannot be embedded as a variable in an email template. |
User Account Requirements
The user account you use to log into Resolver must have Administrator permission to use the create an image attachment field.

Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Administration icon.

- From the Administrator Settings menu, click the Admin Overview link.

- From the Admin Overview screen, click the Fields tile on the Data Model section.

- From the Admin: Fields, click the + Create Field button.

Creating an Image Attachment Field
- From the Which type of would you like to create? pop-up, hover your cursor over the Image Attachment field.

- Click the Create Field button.

- From the Admin: Create a Field screen, enter a field name in the Field Name field. The Field Name is used to represent the field throughout the system.
Field Name
- (Optional) Enter additional information or alternate phrasing in the Long Name field. Information entered in the Long Name field can appear on forms. The Long Name field can be formatted using Markdown.

- (Optional) Enter a field description explaining the function of the field in the Description field. The Description field gives users more information about a field.

- Click the Create button to create the image attachment field.
Create Image Field
- The Preview section will give users a preview of what the field will look like within the system. You can click or drag and drop files into the upload area to test the attachment field, however, you will not be able to successfully upload a file as this is a preview only.
